Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a gourmet covered market in Lyon. It has nearly five dozen stalls selling countless gourmet delights including Pastries, wine bars, oysters and seafood, fish, .chocolate, cheeses, meats and breads. There are several tiny places to eat within the market. It was begun in 1970 and is named after a legendary figure in French and International cooking. Ninety -five percent of the shops are run by their owners.
